Our GDPR commitment

WondersDesign follows GDPR principles and treats all personal data with transparency, care and respect for individual rights. We collect only what is necessary for delivering services and communicating with clients, and we never sell or misuse personal information.

Your rights under GDPR

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including what it is used for and how long it is kept.
Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information we hold about you.
Erasure — request deletion of your data where legally applicable, such as when it is no longer necessary for the original purpose.
Restriction — ask us to limit certain processing of your data, for example while a correction is being reviewed.
Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format to transfer to another service.
Objection — object to specific processing, including direct marketing or processing based on legitimate interest.

How to submit a request

Email contact@wondersdesign.ro with the subject line "GDPR request" and describe what you would like us to do. We respond within 30 days. Complex requests may require an extension of up to 90 days in total, and we will inform you promptly if this is the case.

Supervisory authority

If you believe your data rights have not been respected, you may also contact the Romanian supervisory authority at dataprotection.ro.

Data transfers and retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for delivery, support and legal compliance. Where third-party services are involved (such as hosting or email infrastructure), we use adequate safeguards and data processing agreements to ensure your information remains protected.
