1. Scope
These terms apply to all services, deliverables, and commercial interactions between WONDERSDESIGN CREATIONS S.R.L. and its clients.
2. Services and deliverables
Project scope, milestones, timelines, and acceptance criteria are confirmed in writing before implementation. Any scope change is documented as a change request.
3. Commercial terms
Fees, payment schedule, and invoicing details are provided in the commercial offer and contract. Work may be paused in case of overdue payments.
4. Intellectual property
Ownership transfer for final deliverables occurs after full payment, unless a separate licensing model is explicitly agreed in writing.
5. Liability
Liability is limited to the value of services delivered under the active agreement, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
